Terms and Conditions


Read this document carefully since it contains the terms and conditions of sale to whose compliance is obliged when using the “Hï Ibiza Store” online store. The terms and conditions indicated below will be applicable to the use of Hï Ibiza Store and to all purchases you make through its website.

These conditions will govern the contractual relationship between you and Merchastyle, S.L. A company with registered office at 07800-Ibiza (Balearic Islands), Avda. Bartolomé Roselló, 18, provided with C.I.F B-57828543.


Any query, complaint or correspondence related to these conditions or to Hï Ibiza Store must be directed to the contact data indicated on our contact page with us.

Purchase of Hï Ibiza Store products
_ You can only buy products:
That are available for sale and whose details appear at www.hiibizastore.com destined for personal use, whether your own or that of the receptors for which you buy the products. Merchastyle, S.L. In other cases they will be determined in the confirmation of the shipment.

_ Realization of product purchase orders and conclusion of the sale contract:

Payment conditions

For greater security, these data are not stored on our server, so you must communicate all the information with each new order.
We accept payments with Visa card, Mastercard.

Returns and cancellation of the order

The conditions for the return and cancellation of the order that are indicated below will be applicable without prejudice to the rights that legally assist you.


Cancellation of the order

You can change your mind and cancel your order in the seven (7) days following the reception of the products. If you decide to cancel your order, we will refund the full purchase price but you must take charge of the direct costs of the return


The cancellation of the order will be made as long as you have previously returned the products of your order in perfect condition. If you do not return the products, we will have the right to charge the products or expenses derived from your recovery.


You will not have the right to cancel personal articles such as underwear, elastic garments or others that are specifically indicated in the file in which the details of each article are established. Nor can the supply of Music CDS/DVDs be cancelled without the original wrapping.


Damaged or defective products and incorrect deliveries

You may (i) change your products, u (ii) obtain a full refund if these order products are damaged or present defects once received, or if the products you receive are not the ones you originally requested.

When changing damaged or defective products or an incorrect order, we will send you the replacement items free The order products in the state in which you have received them.


II. Refund:

When it returns damaged or defective products or an incorrect order, we will refund:

The full purchase price
the expenses related to the sending of products to their attention.
The expenses related to the return of the products to our attention if you attach a copy of the original receipt that you obtain from the messaging company.

How to return products

To return the products, you can send them to the free address indicated below. To return the products, you will need the following information:

Delivery documentation including your delivery number.

If you return the products by messaging, we remind you that:

Your package may take up to 7 days to reach us;
Returned products will be processed within five (5) business days from receipt (excluding Saturdays);
You must adopt the necessary precautionary measures when packing the package and send it to us so that the products do not suffer damage during the journey;
You must obtain and conserve the proof of the shipment until the time you receive reimbursement or change.

GENERAL DISPOSITION

Merchastyle, S.L. reserves the right to:

Modify or cancel, temporarily or permanently, the service provided through www.hiibizastore.com (or any part of it) with or without notice. Merchastyle, S.L will not be responsible in front of you or against other third parties for such modification and/or cancellation;
If, despite the modification of the terms and conditions and/or the delivery conditions, you continue to use the service provided through Hï Ibiza Store (or any part of it) after this modification, it will be considered that it has given its conformity to said change. You will be responsible for verifying the conditions regularly in order to determine if any change has occurred.
In the event that Merchastyle, S.L modifies these conditions, your order will be subject to the conditions in force on the date and time on which you made your order. You may request a copy of the current version of the conditions via e-mail to the address: support@hiibizastore.com

In the event that any part of the terms and conditions is declared illegal or inapplicable, the affected provision will be considered eliminated, fully in force, the remaining provisions of the aforementioned terms and conditions.

The contract of sale concluded between you and our company will be governed by Spanish legislation. Any conflict related to the terms and conditions must be resolved in the courts of the place where your domicile is.
